the staff was friendly at the front desk. they offered quick assistance. breakfast service was efficient. i received clear directions and information.
The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety, a pleasant surprise. our room was spacious and had comfortable beds. A welcome treat after long days. i loved that we could order room service after a hike.
The shower curtain was awful and old. It really needs an update. hair strands were in the shower tub, not a pleasant sight. rooms are very old and dated. The carpet under the bathroom sink was also a big turn off.
